What items are returnable?

With the exception of perishable or consumable goods you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to request a return. In addition to the initial approval items arriving back must meet the below criteria:

  • Items must be unused and in as new condition.
  • All original packaging with tags should be intact
  • All items should be free of dog hair, signs of wear, marks, or odours.
  • All returns must be approved through this portal
  • All items must arrive back at the latest 30 days from receipt of goods

We are sorry, whilst you are free to try items on for size and fit, degraded items cannot be accepted.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved - check your spam folder if this email hasn't arrived within one hour

 

 

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • UK Customers requesting an exchange are eligible to use a free return shipping label and we will ship out the replacement free too.
  • For refund requests you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping - For convenience you will be able to use our return label but at a £3.99 charge to cover costs
  • Shipping details are advised once the return is approved
  • Unfortunately, due to high costs, international customers cannot benefit from subsidised returns and exchanges

How soon will I get my refund or exchange?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item 
  • For refunds: we have an SLA of commtting this within two working days of receipt - note this may not be visible on your statement for a further 5-7 days
  • For exchanges: we have the same SLA to get a replacement on it's way to you - you will receive e-mail correspondence to allow you to track it's progress
  • On the extremely rare occaions that products are returned in an unacceptable condition we will contact you directly to agree next steps
