Shipping Schedule
We operate on a 2:00PM Monday to Friday cut off shipment policy (excluding statutory holidays).
It is always our intention to ship on the above schedule however this cannot always be guaranteed especially at peak times such as Black Friday.
Note some items will require an additional 1-2 days handling time before dispatch.

Larger / heavier items to The Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, England Offshore, Northern Scotland (Highlands & Islands) & Northern Ireland are charged differently subject to weight, service level & region.

Mountain Dog use Royal Mail to ship internationally to your local delivery agent which is usually your local postal service. Shipping times will vary by country - please allow 14-28 days as a minimum due to export processes and delays. IMPORTANT NOTE: You will be required to pay local duty and import charges to your local courier - This is your responsibility and is not inclluded in the checkout price. Mountain Dog ship DUTY UNPAID as we do not have any arrangements outside of the United Kingdom

Missing or Damaged Goods
We are sorry but we cannot consider claims for missing or damaged goods outside of 5 days of package receipt. In the event you have an issue of this nature please take photographs of the packaging to evidence your claim and contact us within this timeframe.
Once an item has shipped and is in the hands of the courier we no longer have any ability to recall or divert the delivery.
Please make sure you provide the correct delivery details, please watch out for old addresses stored on payment and shopping apps and please ensure your delivery information is 100% correct as that will invariably provide delays or a return to us which may take some time.
